Help Desk Support

We have heard all the horror stories about calling the Help Desk and not receiving a call back for several days or just being told to restart the computer to fix the problem. 

Our staff is on-call from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, to help you correct your computer problems.  Oftentimes, these problems can be remedied in a matter of minutes.  For those problems that cannot be handled remotely, MTSI will dispatch on-site technicians to your place of business to correct the problem in a timely fashion. 

We understand your need to have the problems corrected quickly, and we do what needs to be done to make sure you are satisfied.

MTSI also uses the Help Desk calls to find patterns of problems and then create action plans to help prevent them from occurring again, resulting in increased uptime for your users.
